Note: All correspondence to suppliers of AlphaUSA containing orders for purchased goods are bound by the Alpha Terms and Conditions found in the Supplier Manual. Threaded fastener suppliers are to provide product in accordance with the Alpha Fastener Standard.

CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: AlphaUSA considers the ideas, concepts and plans, as well as specifications and any other information that we may disclose to you or that may be learned by you in working with us to be our Confidential Information. The results of any development by you of any product, process or concepts with us are proprietary to us. Such Confidential Information shall also comprise, but not be limited to, prints, physical samples, strategies, cost & pricing data, material processing techniques, business information, test results and other documents and information relating to the products we make and the services we provide to our customers.
