Record 2025 Automotive Stamping Production at AlphaUSA
In 2025, AlphaUSA reached a new production milestone, over 220 million parts made.
Throughout the year, AlphaUSA supported 21,487 shipments, shipped more than 19 million pounds of material, and produced a total of 221,991,454 automotive stamped parts.
As a Michigan-based automotive metal stamping manufacturer, AlphaUSA focuses on high-volume production supported by in-house tooling, experienced operators, and long-term supplier relationships. Every part produced represents thousands of press cycles, material handling steps, inspections, and logistics movements working together as one system.
