Celebrating 250 Years of America

As the nation prepares to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, AlphaUSA joined in the spirit of patriotism and history in a unique way.

During a special company event, AlphaUSA CEO Chuck Dardas transformed into Samuel Adams and participated in a recreation of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The event gave employees an opportunity to reflect on the history of our country and the values of hard work, determination, and innovation that continue to drive American manufacturing today.

As a company committed to producing high-quality stamped metal components in the United States, we are proud to be part of the next chapter of American manufacturing.

Celebrating Careers and Lasting Contributions

June also provided an opportunity to recognize two individuals who have made a lasting impact on AlphaUSA.

Employees, family members, and friends gathered to celebrate the retirements of Rollie Spring and Jim De La Rosa, honoring their combined 95+ years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to the company.

Retirement celebrations remind us that AlphaUSA’s success is built on the people who dedicate their careers to serving our customers and supporting their teammates. We thank Jon and Jim for their contributions and wish them nothing but success and happiness in their next chapter.

Keeping Cool During Record-Setting Heat

Michigan experienced some of the hottest temperatures of the year in June, with heat indexes reaching record levels across the state.

To show appreciation for the team’s hard work during the extreme conditions, AlphaUSA brought in Kona Ice for all employees.

Sometimes the smallest gestures can have the biggest impact. Whether working in the office or on the production floor, employees enjoyed a refreshing break while staying cool during an unusually hot stretch of summer weather.

Surpassing 100 Million Parts Produced in 2026

AlphaUSA solves complex fastening problems for automotive and heavy-truck assemblies.

By the end of the month, AlphaUSA had produced 104,816,356 parts year-to-date, surpassing the 100 million part mark during the first half of 2026.

In June alone, our team produced 18,116,863 parts, continuing the momentum generated throughout the year.

This achievement reflects the dedication of our employees, the reliability of our manufacturing processes, and AlphaUSA’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality metal stamping solutions for our customers.

While production totals are important, Summer 2026 served as a reminder that AlphaUSA’s success is about more than numbers.

From patriotic celebrations and retirement parties to Kona Ice on a hot summer day and surpassing 100 million parts produced, June highlighted the values that continue to define AlphaUSA.
